Reservation and Release Form:

I am aware that the "Little White Cottages" are not child-proofed nor is there a lifeguard on the private beach. There are 2 sets of 10 steps leading down to a patio/firepit area, shared by both cottages, and then another set of 10 steps leading down to the beach. The seawall can vary in height from 3 to 6 feet year to year, and the beach varies also.

The cottages have reasonable safety and security features such as smoke detectors and door locks, but the owners will not be responsible for accidents, injury, or loss of valuables.

They are rented on a "leave them as you find them" basis, which requires some light cleaning by each family.

A fifty percent deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the balance due thirty days in advance of occupancy. A refundable damage/cleaning deposoit of $200 per cottage is also due at this time. Damage deposits will be returned within one week after departure. In case of cancellation by the renter, deposits will be returned when the unit is re-rented (we recommend travel insurance). Should circumstances render a cottage unusable, resulting in a need for cancellation by owner, the renter's deposit will be totally refunded with an additional cash discount. Please use a separate check for the damage deposit for ease of return to you.
